  SUMMARY:   The Solutions Fulfillment Director is responsible for managing the daily activities of a team of solutions fulfillment managers who are responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary attorney and/or other legal professional job orders for a variety of specialized clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs, and analyzes those hiring needs to determine best recruiting methods. Summary: This role provides technical support, subject matter expertise, and consistent customer service across all Special Counsel hosted applications.  Responsible for managing the ticketing queue within Special Counsel’s proprietary project management system with requests submitted from both internal and external clients. Responsible for assisting eDiscovery Project Managers to coordinate project requirements with Consultants, Solutions Sales and/or other Litigation Support Analysts and Operations teams in order to establish discovery plans, project specifications, and/or administer hosted solution plans within Special Counsel’s multiple hosting platforms.
