The Data Processing Technician Lead will provide support to the greater Data Operations Team. The Data Processing Technician Lead will work under the direction of the Data Processing Senior Manager, but will also work closely with the Data Processing Team Leads and Data Processing Team Senior Technician and Senior level technicians in order to work together as a team to clear the job board each day. The main areas of responsibilities will include processing of electronically stored information [ESI] by using specific eDiscovery and computer forensic evidence handling techniques and industry specified processing applications and tools. Level 2 Technicians will ensure high quality standards of the processed data by performing all stages of the project workflow and final output, which include analysis, data reduction, processing, loading of data, project reports, status updates, closeout, and check in. The overall intent of this position is to provide support with workflow within the greater Data Operations Department to ensure client satisfaction.
Summary: Responsible for managing the ticketing queue at D4 with tickets submitted from both internal and external clients. They are sometimes responsible for assisting Litigation Support Project Managers to coordinate project requirements with D4 Discovery Engineers, D4 Sales and/or other D4 Litigation Support Analyst and Operations teams in order to establish discovery plans, project specs and/or D4 hosted solution plans.
