This would be an entry level eDiscovery project management opportunity. The eDiscovery Project Manager works within a team of eDiscovery professionals while serving as the primary point of contact for all external eDiscovery project stakeholders. The individuals in this role worth with internal team members to provide immediate technical assistance and guidance to client needs, while being supported by both the broader discovery delivery team and other operational departments to learn the litigation support industry and eDiscovery, in particular. The eDiscovery Project Manager must not only be responsive to client requests, but also should provide consultation with the guidance of more senior team members in managing the scope, execution, and overall delivery of solutions, industry best practices, and company standards to our clients. The ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service is a key indicator of success. This position requires a highly technical individual who is eager to build relationships with clients and fellow team members alike.
This would be an entry level opportunity that requires a successful candidate to learn the nuances of eDiscovery, litigation support, and all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). This role would be responsible for managing the ticketing queue within Special Counsel’s proprietary project management system with requests submitted from both internal and external clients. Responsible for assisting eDiscovery Project Managers to coordinate project requirements with Consultants, Solutions Sales and/or other Litigation Support Analysts and Operations teams in order to establish discovery plans, project specifications, and/or administer hosted solution plans within Special Counsel’s multiple document hosting platforms. This role will be trained to operate various eDiscovery review applications, how to learn to perform complex searches across large data sets and work with internal colleagues in the delivery of our services.
This role works under the supervision of the Manager of Infrastructure and is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting Special Counsel Technology’s physical/virtual servers, networks and associated storage.
