This role works under the supervision of the Manager of Systems Administration and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting Special Counsel Technology’s internal and hosted solutions and eDiscovery applications. Accountable for system availability, performance and service deliver required to meet business needs. Provides advanced technical expertise and high-level customer service skills while maintaining accurate and timely deliverables including, but not limited to, advanced issue resolution, resource allocation and process documentation. Collaborates with Global Information Management (IM), Client Services teams, Project Management teams and third-party vendors.
They must be proficient in many technologies to possess the specific competencies to work with, maintain, and support our internal and hosted solutions and applications. These job duties, also further described below, constitute the critical core of Special Counsel Technology’s business services to address and resolve problems associated with the Company's platform/services offered, while enabling our clients to take advantage of opportunities for efficiency in our service delivery.
