The Data Processing Technician – level 2 will provide support to the greater Data Operations Team. The Data Processing Technician – level 2 will work under the direction of the Data Processing Manager, but will also work closely with the Data Processing Team Leads and level 1, 3 and Senior level technicians in order to work together as a team to clear the job board each day. The main areas of responsibilities will include processing of electronically stored information [ESI] by using specific eDiscovery and computer forensic evidence handling techniques and industry specified processing applications and tools. Level 2 Technicians will ensure high quality standards of the processed data by performing all stages of the project workflow and final output, which include analysis, data reduction, processing, loading of data, project reports, status updates, closeout, and check in. The overall intent of this position is to provide support with workflow within the greater Data Operations Department to ensure client satisfaction.
